Out Patient Care:

1. Medically necessary consultations during regular clinic hours, except prescribed medicines.
2. Pre and Post Natal consultations
3. Treatment for minor injuries such as lacerations, mild burns, sprains and the like
4. Eye, ear, nose and throat (EENT) treatment prescribed by an Affiliated Physician/Specialist
5. X-Ray, laboratory examinations, routine, diagnostic and therapeutic procedures prescribed by an affiliated physician/specialist
6. Minor surgery not requiring confinement prescribed by an Affiliated Physician / Specialist
7. Eye Laser Therapy for retinal hole, retinal detachment and glaucoma, excluding eye correction such as lasik, PRK and the like
8. Speech therapy (for stroke patients only)
9. Cauterization of Warts except genital warts and condyloma acuminata
10. Allergy Testing/ allergy screening and other related examinations
11. Tuberculin test (covered outright if availed at PCC, reimbursement basis if otherwise)
12. Sclerotherapy for varicose veins as prescribed by an Affiliated availed at Maxicare Primary Care Centers

In Patient Care:

1. Professional Fees of attending doctor/s  
2. X-ray, laboratory tests and other diagnostic procedures
3. Anesthesia and its administration
4. Whole blood and human blood products transfusions and intravenous fluids, including blood screening and cross matching
5. Oxygen and its administration
6. Drugs and medicines for use in the hospital
7. Dressings, conventional casts (plaster of Paris) and sutures
8. Use of operating and recovery rooms 
9. Use of the Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
10. Standard Nursing Services
11. Standard Admission kit
12. All other items directly related in the medical management of the patient, as deemed medically necessary by the attending Affiliated Physician
13. Provision in cases of room inavailability
